TERMS AND CONDITIONS & CANCELLATION POLICY

• Beayurvedic wellness center is not a medical facility.

• Insurance does not cover Ayurvedic services in the USA.

• Payment is due at the time of your visit.

• If you have an HSA account and would like to use, we can provide you with the receipt of your payment by email and you can submit that for reimbursing. As HSA card is not accepted at our facility.

• We offer Seasonal discounts on consultations and therapies . These specials are displayed on the website and are sent to you via email. Please join our email list if you would like to receive these notifications.

• Payment options are available for Panchakarma appointments. Please call our office to know more about it.

• Payments are accepted by cash/card or check for your convenience.

• Saturday appointment cancellation are made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time.

• Gratuities are not expected or necessary.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We require that all cancellations are made  24 hours Prior to the scheduled appointment. If cancellation arrangements are not made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time, a $50 charge will be invoiced as cancellation fee. No show appointments will be invoiced for the full appointment cost and must be paid prior to rescheduling appointment.

DISCOUNTS

Seniors age 65 years and above and Students age 18 and under receive 10 % discount on Consultation, educational courses and therapies.
