Service Description

Our Ayurvedic wellness consultation addresses every person’s health concern form physical, emotional and spiritual perspective. Ayurvedic science is based on the principle that each individual has a unique body constitution called Prakruti. It is important to understand the nature of the person in order to bring balance. A typical consultation is an hour long and covers: Understanding your current lifestyle, eating habits, and medical history. An in depth eight-fold ayurvedic examination. Based on the initial consultation herbal, dietary, lifestyle suggestions are made. Consultations are done in person, on phone or via Zoom Seniors, veterans, and students below the age of 18 are eligible for a special discount of 10% on initial and follow up consultations.

Cancellation Policy

We require that all appointment cancellations be made 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. If cancellation arrangements are not made at least 48 hours before the scheduled time, a $75 charge will be invoiced as a cancellation fee. No-show appointments will be invoiced for the total appointment cost. For courses, a full refund will be issued (excluding transaction fees), if withdrawing before the first session, a 50% (excluding transaction fees) refund in the first half of the course based on the number of sessions, and no refund after the first half of the course.
